Have you ever done your dishes and wished it would be a little easier?? Okay, well, I'm not saying these will do your dishes for you! That would just be crazy!! But, it does make doing dishes a lot better! I began making these a year ago and have created a pattern and do wish to share it with you because EVERYONE NEEDS A SCRITCHY SCRATCHER!! My husband helps me do dishes, praise the Lord, and he even likes them......me, I feel lost without it and even frustrated while asking myself, "Ugh! Where is my Scritchy Scrather??" It not only helps you do your dishes, it also helps with other stuff too: cleans the stove, the countertops, the tables from 4 boys, the cabinets, the floors......that's just in the kitchen! Now for the bathroom: the sink, the floor, the toilet (make some of a different color because we want to keep those separate!!), the tub and the shower!! They are amazing!! So, here is the pattern because I want you to be able to make them too!! Or, if you'd rather, I do have them for sale in the shop!!
The Amazing Scritchy Scratcher!!
Needle size: US10
Yarn Used: Red Heart Scubby (Almond, Jelly, Marble)
Cast on 20 stitches using the long tail cast on
Rows 1-3: Knit
Row 4: K3, Purl 14, K3
Row 5: Knit
Rows 6-25: Repeat rows 4 & 5
Rows 26-28: Knit
Cast off loosely (I used a Russian Cast off)
Tada!! Now you too can be happy doing you dishes once again!!
